1.) User opens the Tutch mobile application

2.) Opt-in occurs during Tutch account registration.

Users enter their mobile phone number and are presented with an unchecked checkbox providing explicit consent to receive SMS messages from Tutch. Users must actively select the checkbox to provide consent; consent is not required to purchase or use unrelated services. SMS messages are used for account verification and service-related communications. Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP and can request assistance by replying HELP.
3.) The user enters the SMS OTP code sent to their mobile device
