1.) User opens the Tutch mobile application

2.) Opt-in occurs during Tutch account registration.

During Tutch account registration, users enter their mobile phone number and actively select an unchecked checkbox consenting to receive SMS verification codes solely for two-factor authentication (2FA). They then tap “Next” to request a code. Message frequency varies with users’ authentication requests, and message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Links to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions appear beneath the consent wording. This SMS campaign is used exclusively for authentication codes.
3.) The user enters the one-time verification code received by SMS to complete authentication.
